EPC Contracting
In terms of EPCC service, we provide whole-course service ranging from technique package design to driving trial operation for large-scale and composite projects such as 10 million tons class oil refinery project and 1 million tons class ethene project, and have undertaken many overall-contract large oil refinery plant and petrochemical plant projects at home and abroad. And we have undertaken an increasing number of overall-contract projects in coal chemical processing, clean energy, medical chemistry and environmental engineering. Our overall-contract business covers the whole project course, including consultation, design, project management, purchase, construction, equipment manufacturing and maintenance, bringing us key competitiveness. Taking our design capability as the core, our overall-contract business plays a key role in quality control, cost control, progress control, HSE management and project implementation.
We provide whole-course service ranging from technique package design to driving trial operation for large and composite projects such as 10 million tons class oil refinery project and 1 million tons class ethene project. For instance, Hannan 8 million tons oil refinery project is the first 10 million tons class oil refinery project in China that has adopted EPC mode; Qingdao 10 million t/a oil refinery project is the first single-series 10 million t/a class oil refinery project in China; Sinopec Wuhan 800 thousand t/a ethene unit is the first completely domesticated ethene unit in China.
We also seize frontiers in domestic new coal chemical project area. For instance, we designed and completed coal direct liquidation unit with an annual output of 1.08 million tons of product oil for Shenhua Group in 2008, the first commercial unit that uses coal direct liquidation to produce product oil in the world; we provide EPC service for Zhongyuan Petrochemical 200 thousand t/a MTO project, the first IGCC COGEN of China. We undertook Zhongtian Hechuang Erdos coal deep processing project, the largest coal-to-alkene project in the world.
