As a major producer and supplier of oil refinery and chemical engineering large static equipment of China, we manufacture and sell various large static equipment, which are used in overall-contract construction, project implementation and various oil refinery and chemical engineering units of the third party. Our products include such pressure container equipment as tower vessel, reactor, container and heat exchanger and such parts as steel structure, pressure tube and industrial furnace module. Besides equipment production and sale, we provide related service, including equipment technical consultation, installation and test and equipment examination and maintenance.
Our equipment manufacturing business can promptly and reliably provide large equipment and prepared steel structure and tubes for our overall-contract and special construction. Besides, the equipment and parts we manufacture can be sold to the clients. Usually we sign equipment sale contract with the clients, and then we conduct equipment design, material and parts purchase, and manufacturing. We have ISO 9001 quality accreditation and complete quality insurance system. Every course of product manufacturing are examined to have the quality ensured and must undergo final examination and trial before delivery to the client. Our technicians can also participate in equipment on-site installation and test according to requirements of the client.
In terms of technique, we boast such special technique equipment as large coke towers and acrylonitrile reactors, and have such patents and techniques as baiting, welding, heat treatment, stability test and tiredness analysis. Our plants possess advanced equipment for mechanical processing, molding, welding, heat processing, non-loss test and physical and chemical inspection, and through building of our project service management system, we connect separate links of production process and improve our rapid response and solving capability as regards problems arising in any link. We are supplier of such multi-national energy chemical engineering corporations as Exxon Mobil, SABIC, Shell, BP and BASF, and such international engineering corporations as Foster Wheeler AG, Fluor Corporation, Saipem, and CB&I LUMMUS. Our products are successively exported to Saudi Arabia, India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Thailand, Australia, Portugal, Russia and Kazakhstan, etc..
In terms of the equipment manufacturing business, we take into consideration equipment requirements, technique applied in manufacturing, delivery time table, original materials and labor cost as well as market price to make the price. The manufacturing period of the ordered equipment ranges from 3 to 10 months, as depends upon equipment specifications carried in the contract. Our equipment manufacturing contract usually includes pricing clause, paying clause, guarantee clause and other major clauses.
