We are the largest overall-contract construction service and special construction service provider in oil refinery and chemical sectors of China, and provide such construction service as creating, revamping, extending, checking and maintaining for facilities in the sectors of oil refinery, petrol chemistry, coal chemistry, medical chemistry, clean energy, environmental project, electrical project, storing and shipping project, etc. at home and abroad. The corporation possesses overall-contract construction qualification of level I of state class, and key special construction qualifications. The corporation organized edition or participated in edition of state and sector construction technical code, boasting complete series work methods, specialized large-size equipment and professionalized construction teams. In terms of professionalized construction, we have evident advantages in large equipment hoisting and carrying, large rotating equipment (compressor unit) installation, large container installation, installation and adjustment of large automated distributed control system, and welding of special materials.

Our construction mode includes overall-contract construction, special-contract construction and construction management. And in overall-contract construction we are responsible not only for the whole construction course, but for cost control, process control, quality control, HSE management, contract management and organization and coordination; in special-contract construction, we are responsible for single construction processes that need expertise, such as steel structure project, equipment installation project and line installation project; and in construction management, we are responsible for pace, cost, quality, HSE coordinated management and control.

Besides, on the basis of international advanced project management mode and construction procedure, we participate in international construction market, and have completed 16 construction projects in Saudi Arabia and United Emirates of Arab, etc. since 2000, and our projects under construction are 28 in number. We participate in overseas construction projects, seize international business opportunities and master international management expertise. We have developed a group of project managers with advanced management expertise and acquired internationally accredited technicians and quality monitors.
