Founded in Zibo, Shandong Province in 1970, Sinopec Tenth Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred as SEG Tenth Construction for short) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Sinopec Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd. Focusing on contracting new construction, reconstruction, maintenance of petrochemical, coal chemical industry, oil& gas storage and transportation, pharmaceutical, municipal, environmental protection, boiler, power station and power transmission and distribution, etc., SEG Tenth Construction engages in equipment manufacturing, transportation of large equipment, hoisting, maintenance of large hoisting machinery and engineering supervision as well. It has been rewarded with level I qualification certificate of petrochemical EPC and certificate of foreign contracting, etc. It has advanced core technical advantages in China in regard to organization of large project, installation and welding of 150,000m3 tanks, unified hoisting construction of large ethylene device and large equipment, installation and commissioning of large compressor, maintenance of large hydraulic crane, welding of special steel, installation and commissioning of long-distance transportation pipeline SCADA system, DCS and SIS of the equipment, etc.

Ever since Sinopec Tenth Construction Co., Ltd. has been founded, it has completed constructions of dozens of national major engineering and constructions of more than 800 sets of large-medium devices involving petrochemical, coal chemical industry, oil& gas storage and transportation, pharmaceutical, etc. at home and abroad. Its engineering is in good quality, safety and environmental protection is under control. Its entire engineering is successfully put in operation once. It is one of the enterprises in China taking the most ethylene engineering.
