Senior Management

The board of directors is composed of nine directors. The functions and duties of the board include but are not confined to: convening the shareholders’ conference and reporting the work of the board to the conference; implementing the decision made on the conference; deciding on the operation plan and investment program; making annual financial budget program and actual budget; making interest distribution plan and loss remedy plan; making registered capital increasing and reducing plan and carrying out other powers, functions and duties set forth by the corporate constitution.
