SEG has created its governance document in accordance with Corporate Law of the People’s Republic of China, Necessary Clauses of Articles of Association of Overseas Listed Corporation, Guidelines of Articles of Association of Listed Corporations, Governance Rules of Listed Corporations issued by Chinese Securities Supervision Commission, law and regulations of SEG listing place stock exchange and Articles of Association of the Company.​​
