SEG has formulated its governance document in accordance with the “Company Law of the People’s Republic of China”, the “Securities Law of the People’s Republic of China”, the “Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited” and other relevant provisions under the relevant laws, regulations, normative documents, and securities regulatory rules of the place(s) where the Company’s shares are listed and in light of the Company’s actual circumstances.​​
