On January 7, Zhang Xinming, President of SEG, led a delegation to visit China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME). The delegation held in-depth and fruitful discussions with CCCME President Zhang Yujing and Vice President Shi Yonghong, laying a solid foundation for promoting comprehensive cooperation between the two parties. Sun Baoping, another vice president of SEG, also attended the meeting.
Zhang Xinming expressed gratitude for CCCME’s long-standing guidance and support to SEG. He provided a comprehensive overview ofSEG development history, technical and engineering capabilities, core strengths in full industry chain and lifecycle services, international operations, and recent business achievements. He emphasized plans to deepen all-round collaboration with CCCME, further advance the national “Belt and Road” initiative, enhance international exchanges, and leverage China’s engineering expertise to promote the global expansion of Chinese technologies, standards, equipment, and consulting services. This, he noted, would drive high-quality internationalization of Chinese engineering enterprises.
Zhang Yujing warmly welcomed the delegation and introduced CCCME’s historical evolution, organizational structure, key functions, and its important role in facilitating the global expansion of China’s machinery, electronic products, and complete engineering equipment. He highly praised SEG’s outstanding capabilities and achievements in the energy and chemical engineering sector. Zhang urged SEG to further integrate into CCCME’s working frameworks and bilateral mechanisms, expand overseas market intelligence and business channels, and actively participate in technical and commercial exchanges. Such efforts, he stated, would significantly contribute to promoting the high-quality global presence of Chinese complete equipment and engineering services.
The meeting was attended by relevant representatives from CCCME’s International Liaison Department, Strategy and Engineering Department, and Investment Department, as well as senior representatives from the SEG International Business Department and Technology Department.
