On Feb 28, a grand reception to mark 56th anniversary of founding of Kuwait (also to mark the 46th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relationship between China and Kuwai) was held in Beijing Hotel. Mr. Zhang Ming, the deputy foreign minister and ambassadors of relevant countries were invited to the reception. The company was invited to the reception and provided an exhibition stand. Delegates to the reception made wide exchange and promotions and the result was highly rewarding.

Mr. Sameeh, Kuwait’s ambassador to China, made a speech on the reception. He spoke highly of the prolonged friendship between Kuwait and China and appreciated highly and expressed his support to the “One Belt and One Road” Initiative. He expressed his gratefulness to Chinese funded enterprises (including the four enterprises under SEG) for their contribution to Kuwait’s economy and development. At last, Mr. Sameeh hoped sincerely the China-Kuwait friendship will develop deeply and in an all-around way.
