On Feb 15 and Feb 17, the company signed respectively an Agreement of Procurement Service Commitment for Offshore Projects with Simens China and GE Oil & Gas. Parties to the Agreement promoted their mutual understanding and committed to continuing to deepen their strategic partnership in prospective extension of SEG’s offshore businesses.

Pursuant to the Agreement, Simens and GE will conduct multi-level and whole oriented in-depth cooperation with SEG and provide solutions for SEG’s overseas EPC project, which shall cover solutions for automation and drives, generating equipment, power transmission and distribution, energy management system, intelligent power grid, power plant automation and globalized service etc.
