December 30th, SEG convened a general meeting of officers in the headquarters. Mr. Liu Zhongyun, Sinopec Assistant to President and Human Resources Director, read out Sinopec Party’s decision on SEG’s main leadership change: It’s recommended that Mr. Ling Yiqun serve as the chairman of the board of directors of SEG, Mr. Xiang Wenwu serve as one of the members of the board of directors, the president and the deputy party secretary of SEG, and Mr. Yan Shaochun no longer serve as one of the members of the board of directors, the president and the deputy party secretary of SEG and be for further assignment. The appointment and dismissal of the chairman shall be handled in accordance with relevant laws and procedures.
