Wide social recognition of innovation
During the period of twelfth five-year plan, technical innovation fruits of the corporation won 419 items (times) of science and technology advance awards on and above province (ministry) level.
And 11 items (times) of state technology invention awards and science and technology advance awards were won. Among them: 3 technology invention awards; DMTO technique won 2014 state technology invention award, class I. 9 items (times) of science and technology advance awards; “outsize ultra-deep high-sulfur gas field efficient development technique” and “efficient environment protection aromatics complete technique” respectively won 2012 and 2015 state science and technology advance special awards, and “extreme condition important pressure container design, making and maintenance” won state science and technology advance award class I.
130 items （times）of province (ministry)-level technique invention award and science and technology advance award were won. Among them: 5 technique invention awards, including 3 awards class I. 125 items (times) of science and technology advance awards, including 3 special awards and 36 items (times) of award class I. “1 million tons class coal direct liquidation key technique and model” won 2011 China coal industry science and technology advance special award, “S-MTO complete technology development” and “aromatics key technique development and application” respectively 2013 and 2014 Sinopec science and technology advance special award.
5 items of Ministry of Housing and Urban and Rural Development excellent engineering design awards were won. Among: 3 excellent design gold awards and 2 excellent design silver awards 71 province (ministry)-level excellent engineering design awards were won. Among: 18 excellent design awards class I, 18 excellent design awards class II and 35 excellent design awards class III.
44 items of state quality project awards were won, including “Sinopec Zhenhai refinery 1 million t/a ethene project” that won state quality project gold award. 158 items (times) of province (ministry)-level quality project awards were won.
