Oil refinery art and engineering technique
In terms of refinery plant whole-course technique, the corporation has joint proprietary intellectual property and possesses the capability of building single series 10 million tons class refinery plant with independent technique; and mainly applying independent technique, it completed building and transformation of ten million tons class oil refinery plants in Maoming, Wuhan, Yangzi, Jinling, Anqing and Shijiazhuang, etc.. The 10 million t/a Qingdao oil refinery plant that processes sulfurized base oil and the 12 million t/a Huizhou oil refinery plant that processes acidized base oil have proved well in practice. Through building and utilization of refinery integration plant, we have accumulated experience in achieving plant benefit maximization, ethene raw material lightness conversion and aromatics product maximization.
A number of massive oil refinery complete technique have been widely applied. Cracking the traditional oil refinery processing idea, we have built the new combined technique of heavy oil lightness conversion and low-value product high added value conversion, and applied the composite energy-saving and emissions-cutting technique of taking refinery plant as a “large combined unit”. Ultra-low pressure continuous reforming and countercurrent reforming have been industrialized and widely applied, diesel liquid phase hydrogenation refinery and ebullated bed residue oil hydrogenation have become revolutionary technical breakthrough in oil refinery fields and been applied in new round of diesel quality upgrading, and developing of S zorb, RTS deep desulfurization and MIP have provided support for upgrading of oil quality. China IV clean oil series production technique has been developed, and a number of gasoline & diesel production technique compatible with Euro V emissions standards have also been applied and promoted.
